Duchovny Meringue

In the 10 minutes (or less) that it took me to take an order of books up to the library and get them shelved, George Eliot and Kikumaru managed to inhale 96% of three Little Debbie Lemon Meringue snack cakes (and a good 2% of said cake's wrappers), and honestly, I'm not sure what I think about that.

Mostly, I'm just worried about what I'm going to be finding in the litter box over the next few days. *sighs* Children.

There once was a time, not so very long ago, that I knew when David Duchovny signed on for a new project almost before he did. Yes, I was one of those... I was a fan. (Shocker, I know).

Imagine my surprise then, as I was cross stitching to Regis and Kelly (??) this morning, David Duchovny came on to promote his new movie. (He is, apparently, also voicing some dog food commercials--yes, I can recognize his voice [easily]). I barely had time to introduce GE and Kiku-kun to their father. (Kikumaru then began to paw unforgiving-ly at the television screen. I guess she has not forgotten this past Christmas alone).

He is getting middle-aged and father-ish and this saddens me. I shall forever remember him as the young, idealistic, glasses-wearing Mulder of lore.

The world needs more Mulder. :)

Or, at the very least, more of that cross-dressing FBI agent from Twin Peaks.

Yeah, that would do, too. :p

  • It's already May!?!?

Okay, so a lot has been going on. More than I have the energy to really get into at the moment (or maybe even ever) so I'm not going to bother even…

  • Christmas!

Apparently I never got around to posting this year's Christmas ornaments. I blame this deadly funk I've had. I almost never get sick but when I do,…
