Irony and Broccoli

I love irony. Really. So much so that it’s really too much. I wish I could do irony half as well as it deserved to be done. Alas...

:) But below is yet another proof that life far exceeds anything I’ll ever be capable of thinking of all by my loansome. It is a review notice from for one of my stunted attempts at humor (yet another thing that I can’t do as well as it deserves to be done).

No I don't forgive you for being a bitch to Lycoris.

Note the distinct lack of an email address. Not that that’s any issue as this person has made herself exceptionally well known to me. If you are wondering what she is referring to, it (as well as all the whoop-la surrounding “it”) can be found here.

All I can say is thank you. It’s been a long time since I laughed that hard.

Hmmmm, you know what I think? I think I’m going to cook broccoli for dinner. It’s been so long and I miss my favorite food. I used to eat broccoli nearly every night until Mai stopped me. Apparently existing on a diet broccoli and pickles (with the occasional green beans thrown in!!) is not healthy, or so sayth Mai, medical guru extraordinaire.

To be honest, there’s not many more foods that I like. It’s not like I was doing it on purpose.

I just love broccoli.

Now I’m hungry.

Off to the store I sneak!
